How it works
baclofenVesicare
Lioresal (baclofen) is a gamma-aminobutryic acid (GABA) agonist. It's not clear how it works, but GABA is believed to help calm down nerves. Muscle spasms are thought to be started by overactive nerves.Vesicare (Solifenacin) is an anticholinergic. It relaxes the bladder muscles by lowering muscle spasms. This helps people go to the bathroom less often and better control their urination.
