Myrbetriq (mirabegron) is a beta-3 receptor agonist. It activates the receptor in your bladder, causing the bladder muscles to relax. This allows you to hold more urine and go to the bathroom less often.Detrol (tolterodine) is an antimuscarinic. It helps people control the urge to urinate by relaxing the bladder muscles and stopping them from spasming.
