Myrbetriq (mirabegron) is a beta-3 receptor agonist. It activates the receptor in your bladder, causing the bladder muscles to relax. This allows you to hold more urine and go to the bathroom less often.Vesicare (Solifenacin) is an anticholinergic. It relaxes the bladder muscles by lowering muscle spasms. This helps people go to the bathroom less often and better control their urination.
