  • Attach the applicator to the tube and squeeze it to get your dose into the applicator. Insert the applicator deeply into your vagina and press the plunger to release all the medicine.
  • Best used at bedtime to increase effectiveness.
  • Consider wearing a panty liner.
  • Clean the applicator with soap and warm water after each use.
  • Most people don't have many side effects, but temporary nausea, dizziness, bloating, and breast tenderness are possible.
  • Tell your doctor about any unusual vaginal bleeding.
