What’s your best coping strategy?
  • One of the things that helped me the most is knowing that my anxiety was the reason I was acting that way, and it helped me push through a lot of things. Also concentrating on your breathing when you get freaked out.
Besides medications, what else has worked for you?
  • Lots of exercise! And finding someone you can get to do things for you or with you (like I have friends who answered my phone for me when I couldn't answer calls from strangers)
