  • When first starting this med my heart rate ran in the upper 40s to low 50s, which really didn't make me feel tired, but it was a little alarming to see my hr that low. After a while it normalizes though.

  • I got it originally for a beneign arrhythmia and immediately discovered it got rid of the tension headaches that I'd had for years. Every time I try to go off it, they come back. I'm on 25 mg a day.

  • If you are an endurance athlete or enjoy power yoga or hot yoga, I would HIGHLY advise against. Resulted in dizziness, white/purple extremities, and fainting that did not improve with time.
