  • As a "before bed" sleep aid, I noticed fewer issues with the day-after hang-over feeling than with Trazadone. It seems to help a little with breathing with my CPAP as well.

  • I had a terrible allergy attack that affected my eyes. They were runny, itchy ,red and swollen. The condition worsened when I used prednisone drops , prescribed by my eye doctor then the conditioned became acute when she prescribed yet another type of eye drop. My eyes were swollen, itchy and and blood red, where the white used to be. I began taking Benadryl once tablet every six hours and within two weeks my eyes were almost back to normal. It works.

  • Not everyone experiences drowsiness with a dosage of 25 mg (one pill). 50 mg will likely have most people heading for a pillow after 30 minutes. For a very few, it will have the opposite effect causing them to experience anxiety.
