  • Brotapp (Pseudoephedrine / Brompheniramine) can harm an unborn baby. Brompheniramine, the antihistamine, can hurt your baby if you take it during the last three months of your pregnancy (last trimester). Pseudoephedrine, the decongestant, is harmful if taken during first 3 months (first trimester). It can be safer to use a nasal decongestant spray. Talk with your doctor about what's best while pregnant.
