  • I took Toprol XL (50 mg) for 6 years. About 5 months ago my doctor recommended Bystolic (10 mg). Since then I have never had a high blood pressure reading.

  • This drug makes me *much less* irritable overall - I wish I had known about this years ago. Taking this drug for high blood pressure has made me a much more pleasant person to be around. This is a *good* side effect!

  • I've been taking Bystolic 10 mg for six or more years. Tried to switch to a cheaper generic beta blocker and felt awful. For me, Bystolic has no side effects. Love the drug. Hate the price.

  • I took one dose and can truthfully compare it to be blackout drunk. I stumbled every step I took and even fell. I slurred my words, couldn't form a coherent thought. I finally went to sleep or blacked out, thankfully. No other meds onboard
