Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone) is a combination medication. Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing. Hydrocortisone is a synthetic corticosteroid that blocks inflammation.Cetraxal (Ciprofloxacin) is an antibiotic that stops bacteria from being able to grow and replicate.       • Be sure your ear is clean and dry before using Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone).
      • Warm the Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone) container by holding it in your hand for a minute or two and shake it gently before using it.
      • Lie on your side and have someone apply Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone) while they hold your earlobe up and back. It’s important to keep your head titled for a minute or use a soft cotton plug after it’s applied.
      • Be sure to continue using Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone) for the full time your doctor prescribed. If you stop using it right when symptoms go away, the bacteria can come back.
      • Talk to your doctor if you still have symptoms after 7 days of using Cipro Hc (Ciprofloxacin / Hydrocortisone).
      • Each vial is used for only one dose, so dispose of the container after using it.
      • Warm the dose by holding it in your hand for a minute before using it.
