  • This medication has been nothing short of a miracle in a pill at least for me. Low dose 40mg.no plans to ever stop taking it.If it's not broke don't fix it.I'm on a perfect dose for my needs And it gave me my life back. The sun shines every day and I'm loving it! I've not had one single side effect. So all the people who claim are experiencing these horrific side effects and calling it the devil,I'm sorry to hear that.Personally I'm back to my happy go lucky me.Thank God!

  • It is important to drink plenty of water with this medication especially during the first few days. Frequent hydration alleviates some of the dizziness and may prevent headaches. My psychiatrist was proactive about this instruction but I did not anticipate how much water I would be drinking the first week.
