  • Always letting it expire and forgetting to use it, probably because I don't feel it working well right away. But when I actually use it regularly, for weeks, it does help with congestion. Use daily!!!

  • Has worked for me, reducing sinus infections from about four per year, to less than one. Seems to be most effective when used in conjunction with a nasal rinse. I do experience a side effect of reduced sensitivity to smell.

  • My throat and bronchai were filled with flem and it seemed to clear them, but then it kept on and on and on. So my body started producing more and more flem and I've been coughing and spitting, have sore chest and even a sore esophagus from coughing and hacking to clear bronchai so I could breathe.
