  • Always letting it expire and forgetting to use it, probably because I don't feel it working well right away. But when I actually use it regularly, for weeks, it does help with congestion. Use daily!!!

  • Has worked for me, reducing sinus infections from about four per year, to less than one. Seems to be most effective when used in conjunction with a nasal rinse. I do experience a side effect of reduced sensitivity to smell.

  • This works! It is the best nasal spray out there and it helps with watery eyes I have severe allergies to pollen and I work outside. This works better than Nasacort and much better than Allegra's version of a nasal spray.

  • I only take this medication as needed when my allergies flare up and cause increased congestion, because it gives me a headache if I take it everyday

  • Steroids come with price. Not worth taking ever if unnecessary. I am getting nosebleed, dryness and scraped feeling inside the nostrils after the second use, my husband almost lost his vision because of the condition triggered by steroids he had no clue he has.

  • If you can start taking the stuff a couple of weeks before the onslaught of symptoms it is awesome. Not so much after things get messy.
