  • Keep to your dosing schedule - keep dates when they're due on your calendar or diary. Try to do it at a weekend when you aren't rushing or likely to forget!

  • When you take the Humira out of the fridge, hold it under your arm for 10 minutes or so to let it war to room temperature-it stings a lot less.

  • No more loose bowl movements, signs of blood, or lack of energy. Humira works great with my other medications to control UC.

  • Travelling can be huge pain with this refridgeerator medication. There are 30 hour chill containers out there. One piece of advice that really help me is if you can find ice. Do to the nearest fast food place and bring a ziploc bag

  • I find the prefilled syringes to be significantly less painful than the pen. Also, I only inject my thighs.

  • No pain from using pen injection. Had to check it had actually pierced the skin. However, suffering from joint, neck & back pain, blurred vision and occasional head rush. On a positive Chrohns flare has ceased. So a mixed opinion.
