  • Keep to your dosing schedule - keep dates when they're due on your calendar or diary. Try to do it at a weekend when you aren't rushing or likely to forget!

  • When you take the Humira out of the fridge, hold it under your arm for 10 minutes or so to let it war to room temperature-it stings a lot less.

  • Travelling can be huge pain with this refridgeerator medication. There are 30 hour chill containers out there. One piece of advice that really help me is if you can find ice. Do to the nearest fast food place and bring a ziploc bag

  • Humira was the BOMB for me!! While taking it, I felt better than I had in years! Unfortunately, due to a change in insurance, I was taken off suddenly[!!] and for six weeks bc new insurance would not cover so I was forced to take Cimzia. It cleared skin rashes, but my joints still ache and after a year, I still have some of the oral ulcerations. I've been receiving remicade infusions for past 3 mths and I still don't feel as well as I did while I was taking Humira.

  • I love Humira just that after 10 Years of use, it lost its effects. Tip is, use the pen and try to insect your stomach it hurts more on the legs.
