Lopid (Gemfibrozil) is a fibric acid medication that lowers the levels of triglycerides in your blood, while raising the levels of good cholesterols.Antara (Fenofibrate) is a cholesterol-lowering medicine. It removes triglycerides from your body and makes it easier to process "bad" cholesterol (LDL). This also increases "good" cholesterol (HDL).
