  • Was given this for Fibromyalgia for 6 years. WORKED INCREDIBLY. Never had to increase and could skip. Knocked depression dead in it's tracks. Had to go off after moving to another backwards state in the US.

  • Methadone can be a lifesaver for many... but it's a huge time suck. For the first few months, you have to go in every day to receive your dose (maybe Sunday's off). About every 3 months you will go to the next level of pick ups, if you never fail a drug test, follow all clinic rules, counselor suggestions, etc. 1.Worst side effect was severe sweating, pouring from my head/face/chest for hardly any movement, nothing helped. 2.Awful constipation, Senexone-S helped that.

  • Don't. Go near it . I was on the Fentynal patches 75 mcg and went to methadone to get off of opioids altogether. The methadone allowed me to stop the patches, and I was only using 50 mg a day. Bottom Line, the withdrawal is pure hell,

    Pain (moderate to severe)
  • Was started on 40mg per day, in my case I cut back until I felt some pain then adjusted to relieve pain at 15mg per day. All is good, I can work, and enjoy some type of life. I have been taking for 4 years never had to increase dose.

Nerve pain due to back sergury
  • Better than other opiates for me but there is stigma from people who think it's for drug addicts. Must be taken regularly (2x/day) because it takes a while to build up in body. No use breakthrough pain.
