  • Couldn't get to sleep, when I did I would wake shortly then be up for hours. Could not switch gears - would dwell on stuff for ever. Now I am focused and sleep a full 8 hours without "trashing around". Wake up quickly and refreshed.

  • I took Gabapentin for 2 years and decided to stop taking it. Within 2 weeks the pain in my legs became severe. I started taking it again and . . . no pain!

  • Works great, don't know what I would do without it. It helps with the burning and no weight gain here.

  • wish I'd know it would help for radiation, EMF exposure from wireless, cell phones etc. I've suffered terribly for 3 years, ever since cell phones went to 3G. this is the first relief I have had.

  • my reason for taking it was not listed - neurosarcoidosis. works remarkably well after trying many drugs which did not work. only problem is that most generics ()this drug only) don't work. take large dose, no side effects.

  • This works wonders for my trigeminal neuralgia. I wish I had know just how hard it would hit me the first time I took it. I was so drowsy I had to pull off the road ever five blocks or so. The drowsuness has become virtually zero after a few more cycles. Until you adjust it will make you too tired to function. Start your cycle at night the first few days.

  • First, NEVER do the opiates!! I went through withdraws from HELL!! But, I still needed something to help with my cervical radiculopathy (pain radiating down my shoulder, arm, elbow and sometimes fingers). I am quite happy with the Gabapentin!! I take 900mg 3x/day. Between the corticosteroid injections every 3 months, and the Gabapentin - I would say I get about 80% relief. Rainy days still hurt more, but this drug is wonderful - and NON-ADDICTIVE!!

  • Used for nerve pain from prolapsed discs. Works well.. Horrible weight gain. 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Feel bloated all the time. Headaches were manageable. Some memory issues. Not bad. I'm on a low dose by request. To much and I felt like I couldn't get my thoughts together.

  • Due to the nature of this medication it is important to take each dose at the same time every day and not skip doses in order to maintain a constant, effective level of gabapentin in one's body.
