  • Oxycontin is expensive. Insurance does not want to pay when you need $1250. worth each month Social stigma is best to not tell anyone. Lock it up always. Works well but becoming dependent unavoidable. Eat yogurt or laxative and expect headache if not taken with food. Drink coffee or energy drinks to omit drowsiness. Expect typical their 2 drug stigma and ultra strict rules

  • I take this for restless leg syndrome, because standard drug treatment must be taken every day, have limited effectiveness, and have unpleasant side effects. Opiods can be taken in small to moderate amounts, and only when I experience symptoms. Further, even the most extreme symptoms disappear entirely within 20-30 minutes. with Mirapex or Requip, I would still experience RLS, but it was just less frequent/severe.

  • Taken with Tramadol, both are opiates. Stopped taking both within a week, caused major depression with suicidal tendencies. Loss of appetite and confusion, including sleep deprivation. Do not take both meds together under any circumstances.

  • I may be somewhat allergic as this medication can make me very itchy all over. Benadryl does help with the itchiness but make sure to consult your physician for possible drug interactions with other medication you may be taking. Unfortunately Benadryl is not an option for me at this time.
