  • The first few days I struggled with dizziness, especially when getting up in the morning. I kept with it and that side effect went away completely. My experiences with prazosin have been absolutely wonderful symptom-wise for PTSD.

  • Brought my BP into normal range, made it easier to urinate, and seems to have helped me go to sleep and sleep through the night without the excessive nervousness of PTSD.

  • Still taking. Was prescribed for intense nightmares, sleep-paralysis, and night-terrors associated with PTSD & war. Although still vivid, the PTSD sleep symptoms are less intense. The first few months you have to be very careful when getting out of bed. My advice is, sit up and wait for a couple of seconds before moving. When you think you're ready, stay seated on the bed with your feet on the floor & Stand slowly. Same with kneeling and then standing. SLOWLY stand up.
