  • If you take chronically, be sure to get Magnesium level tested. If you start to experience rapid heartbeat episodes, it is probably from low Magnesium related to long term proton pump inhibitor use.

  • I take it before bed because presumably during the night is when small amounts of stomach acid can travel up my esophagus and damage my swallowing mechanism.

  • Used to protect my stomach from the adverse effects of Naproxen but causes more pain, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea. The list of side effects is almost as bad as the NSAIDs so you're effectively doubling the potential for harm. This isn't what medicine should do.
