  • Stepping down the dose paradoxically made it work better after your body gets used to the regular dose. Very very effective drug for staying awake with few side effects. Truly remarkable.

  • Needs to be taken daily to maintain a stable amount in your system. I get headaches the first day or two, but none after then. (Also, I'm a bit jittery the first day on too) You won't notice its impact until you have to go a day without it!
