  • I take it in the morning because it gave me bad dreams.

  • It took me a year to get off it. Horrible side effects: I was incredibly irritable each time I stepped down the dose. The last 10mg took three months to taper off. It was great at relieving my depression, but I'm not sure it was worth it.

  • start with a low dose to avoid side-effects at the beginning, be patient - it takes 2-3 weeks to feel the effect, but then it really worked for me. Also positive: no problem if you forget for a few days.
