  • Tried Flomax. Caused very stuffy nose, and troublesome headaches. Switched to Rapaflo, only slightly stuffy nose, no headaches. Works great, even with 4 mg. Does cause lack of ejaculation (but not into bladder). Climax still remains, but slightly reduced unless you concentrate. Not really a problem
