  • Time of dose is important. If taking it for GI, then take it before meals. Taking it at bedtime, kept me up for 3 hours. No kidding!

  • I was prescribed this for insomnia/depression, but I had to take it early (~2 hours) before I actually wanted to fall asleep in order to feel like it worked, but I still have problems falling asleep and staying asleep.

  • Remeron is working incredibly for my insomnia and well for my depression. The main side effect I've experienced is weight gain which is ok because I was underweight prior to starting this medication. It hasn't relieved my anxiety much.
