  • My doctor prescribed Voltaren because he has completely undue fears of VicoProfen, but while VicoProfen works exceptionally well, Voltaren has no detectable effect on my pain.

  • Took Diclofenac SOD for CPPD (Inflammatory arthritis) for yrs before bilateral knee replacements. 3yrs later, I'm having swelling/pain after golf/long walks/workouts. Meloxicam didn't help so asked for Diclofenac. It still works for me!

  • long acting/sow release is way more better in reducing bone and muscle pain than immediate release. With slow release, you will have long term pain relief and take less of the drug overall (mg) than fast release. Diclofenac is better than any other NSAID and no effect on stomach. Make sure to drink a glass of water every time you take a diclofenac pill to protect your kidneys for long term use.
