  • take mine at night. doesn't seem to interfere with sleep. tried reducing dose--got to 50mg and realized ii had to go back up: anxious thoughts returned.

  • The withdrawal symptoms are brutal if you miss even just a couple doses. Make sure to take your entire dose every day, or prepare to feel miserable.

  • I very quickly felt like I was swimming in a different chemical soup- I went from having panic attacks every day to almost never. My only side effect was decreased libido, but it's totally worth it.

  • Makes both the highs and lows more intense. Makes me tired but makes insomnia worse. Appetite has been pretty much gone. Helps with anxiety a bit.

  • It's one of the more mild anti-depressants, which means less chance of bad side effects. If exhaustion is a major depression symptom for you, I suggest taking it at night, as it made me tired during the day if I took it in the morning.
