What’s your best coping strategy?
  • Once removed, push fluids. 2-3 liters of water a day.

Besides medications, what else has worked for you?
  • Fluids. Drinking 2-3 liters of water a day seems to be a non-pharma preventative.

  • My annually occurring stones were majority calcium oxalate composition. About two years ago, my physician recommended daily 100mg dose of vitamin B-6 and I've not had a stone since.
