    • Asthma

    Long-acting beta-agonists, including formoterol in Bevespi Aerosphere (glycopyrrolate / formoterol), can cause sudden spasms of the airways and death for people with asthma. This medication should not be used without long-term medicaitons for control if you have asthma.

    This is a black box warning. The FDA requires this warning when there is a significant risk of serious or life-threatening effects that anyone taking the drug should consider.
