How it works

Entresto (sacubitril / valsartan) is a combination medicine. Valsartan (an Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker) lowers blood pressure by making blood vessels relax. Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, leading to increased levels of peptides, including natriuretic peptides, that aid in dilation of your vessels.
