- Worth itLow hassleReviewed Xyzalon 12/19/2016Doesn't really cause drowsiness, I had more drowsiness with Zyrtec than with this one! It actually helps my anaphylaxis even to the point that taking a pill at the beginning of an episode can cause the attack to stop progressing and diminish quickly after the medicine starts to kick in.27WomanSeasonal allergies
- Not sureSome hassleReviewed Xyzalon 2/15/2018Builds up and makes you progressively more tired, so try 1/4 to 1/2 a tablet dose. Works in a subtle way and is better than Benadryl. Made me VERY prone to anger that was off the charts with this med for me.55ManA few monthsWould rather not say
